The singular beauty of Puerto Vallarta resides in the way the Sierra Madre mountains meet the ocean in a cascade of jungle vegetation and colossal rocks. Enter Casa Azul Profundo and you´ll find yourself in the mids of it all, and yet, in more ways than one, vastness and intimacy have magically fused here.
The location a few miles south of town is ideal. Ensconced behind the Los Arcos rocks, in a small cove just before Mismaloya Beach, Villas Azul Profundo ensures a dazzling ocean view, privacy and exclusivity.


You enter the villa through antique doors from an old Mexican hacienda to open spaces filled with vivid colors and an interior garden. Half a level down, on the main floor, the living room draws a wide curve overlooking the ocean. The living room limit between the comfort of oversized couches and the Pacific Ocean.
On the first floor, three bedrooms where the guests can stay. The bedroom repeats the curved architectural shape of the living room, framing the view of Los Arcos rocks for a total of 8 Guests. On the next level, a spacious master bedroom with a cozy palapa terrace.

What are your payment and cancellation policies?

An initial 50% deposit is required and the second 50 % is due 30 days prior your arrival. Check or money order only, please, since we do not accept credit cards. The balance of the rental fee and a refundable security deposit of $500.00 is due 45 days prior to arrival. Full refunds (less a $200 facilitating fee) will be made only if we are able to re-rent the property for the exact same dates and number of bedrooms. Cancellations 45 days or less no refund (unless rebooked). 46-120 days 75% refund (less fee). More than 120 days full refund (less fee).

What are the minimum rooms and nights?

There is no minimum night stay during low season. During holidays (Thanks given , Christmas , new year and Easter) the minimum stay is 7 nights.

When is check in and check out?
Check out time is 12:00 a.m. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. You may also store your luggage at the villa before or after check in and check out.

What are the services of the full-time staff?

The villa includes: 1 Maid Service, 1 Bell Boy (maintenance and security assistant), 1 International Chef, 1 Barman (Waiter), 1 Manager/Administrator.

They will prepare two meals daily, breakfast and lunch or dinner, plus snacks (except Sundays, unless prior arrangements are made). We recommend you send a small grocery list with your final paperwork so that the staff can be prepared upon your arrival. Maid service is provided and includes general clean up of the villa, i.e.: floors and household linens (this is a private home, please be courteous of towel usage).Please be sure to send your guest arrival information with your final payment to ensure that your preferences are relayed to the staff.

Does the villa have a telephone?

Yes. Local calls are free and one long distance cards are available upon request. Additional cards are available for purchase at the villa.

How will I get from the airport to the villa?

Villa Azul Profundo is located approximately 8 km from downtown Puerto Vallarta The villa is located on Mismaloya, at the south part of the city. A taxi from the airport cost approximately $50usd

Electricity, Purified Water and Ice

Electricity in Mexico is the same voltage as in North America; 110v, using a standard American style 3-point plug. Villa Azul Profundo has a water purification system throughout, Ice Maker.

Television with Sky (Satellite TV), Stereo/mp3 & Wireless Internet for your laptop
